On this special night, we invite Urchfont parishioners to indulge in a sparkling celebration that combines elegance, entertainment, and philanthropy.

Dance the night away in Urchfont Village Hall with the magnificent Will Blake Band, followed by a dazzling disco that will keep the energy high and spirits soaring.
DRESS TO IMPRESS
Imagine an evening of exquisite black tie elegance. Envision sparkling glamour, cocktail attire, ball gowns, evening dresses, bow ties, dapper tuxedos, and the odd kiltie.

A welcome glass of sparkly, nibbles, cheese & biscuits, and sweet treats. A pre-order bar and a paid bar on the night will be available. Over 18s only
TIMES & TABLE INFO
19:30 to Midnight, Friday, 29 May 2026
Tables seat 4, 8, or 12 people. If you book a table for a different number of attendees, you may be seated at a mixed table with other guests. We recommend that one person book the table, as we cannot guarantee tickets will be available if booked separately due to demand and the hall's capacity.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
- You will receive an automated receipt by email for your payment and confirmation of your order.
- We will contact you to find out your table numbers/arrangements.
- We will keep in touch by email with details on the event and for information on drinks pre-orders.
TERMS
- Payment will be taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless there is a waiting list. We cannot hold tickets.
- No cancellations will be accepted after 15 May 2026.
- Attendees must be over 18 years of age.
- In the unlikely event of the ball being cancelled, all payments will be refunded in full.
